Sue Sula

Senior Licensed Conveyancer

Sue qualified as a Legal Executive in 1986 prior to joining GWCA Solicitors that year and then qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2005. Sue has 47 years of experience in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing.

Since the early 90's, Sue has been the Completion Manager at the Rustington office dealing with all aspects of conveyancing from exchange of contracts. She also deals with Unregistered land; Probate property; Declarations of trust; Transfer of Equity, Mobile Homes, Equity Release and Adverse Possession.

Interests: Photography; is the founder of Rustington Past and Present, a social media group and website recording the History of Rustington and is also involved in many Community Projects in the Rustington area.
