Emma Shepherd

Chartered Legal Executive

Emma Shepherd is a fee earner based at our Arundel office dealing with wills, probate/intestacy, powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning and care home fees planning.

Emma qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2006. She has been a full accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly) since 2018 and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since 2020 and has over 15 years of experience in dealing with this area of the law.
