Maria Luff

Head of Human Resources

Maria qualified as a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (MCIPD) in 2018.

Having worked for Tesco for 17 years and helping to opening various new stores within the Senior Leadership team around the South-East, Maria dealt with recruitment and training and development for all new colleagues. Maria was made redundant in 2017 and went on to study CIPD Level 5 and graduated in 2020. Maria also completed a sub-section Diploma in Employment Law.

Maria has been with GWCA since June 2022 and has implemented massive changes to the dimensions of the firm.
